eStatements

Receive your statements electronically through Family Bank’s Internet Banking service. Simply log in to your Family Bank Internet Banking account and enroll the checking and savings accounts you wish to convert to eStatements. After you enroll your accounts, you will no longer receive your statements in the mail. Instead, you will receive an email letting you know that your statement is ready for viewing inside your Family Bank Internet Banking account. Best of all, we will keep your eStatements for you so you don’t have to save them to your computer or print them out! Bill Pay

Say goodbye to the hassle of dealing with checks, envelopes, stamps, and going to the post office! With Family Bank Bill Pay, you can pay practically anyone, anywhere without ever leaving your home or office. You can pay your credit card company across the country and your grocer across town. No matter who they are or where they are, you can use Family Bank Bill Pay to send your payments. Your money will be sent electronically to merchants who accept electronic payments. If your merchant doesn’t accept electronic payments, don’t worry, we’ll mail them a paper check and save you the trouble!

Account Alerts

Get alerts via email or text message when certain events happen with your account. Set up alerts to inform you of a deposit, or when your balance gets below a certain amount.
